  • Can I see what my image will look like when I place the order?

    No, the website cannot show your image when you place the order

  • When can I see the proof of my image?

    As soon as our staff has your image processed, we will email you a proof of your image for your approval

  • What size is the image?

    The glass tube is 7” tall and your image is approximately 5” tall.  The width depends on the image itself.

  • How much text can I have?

    For best results, one row above and below the picture works well

  • Can I keep the background in the photo?

    Yes, however please understand that a background in a laser etched image may be too much detail and the image will be too busy,

  • Is there a limit on context?

    No. However we respectfully ask that you avoid lewd or hateful content.

  • What if my photo is blurry or not high quality?

    We have the ability to clean-up pictures to some extent.  If your photo is not useable, we will contact you and ask if you can send a different picture.

  • What countries do you ship to?

    Currently we ship to the contiguous United States.  We are located very close to the 1000 Islands  crossing near Kingston Canada, and we invite you to visit our store and pick up your Luka Lights.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, up until you approve the proof.  Then the order is non-refundable.

  • What if I want more than one copy of the same custom image?

    You will be charged for one custom image and then you will be charged  the stock image price for the remaining images.

  • Is there an instruction sheet for the LED remote for the wooden candle base?

    Yes, we do have a instruction sheet for the remote. Download here.

  • What fonts can I choose for my personalized Luka Light?

    You can view all available font styles by opening our Luka Lights Font Guide.


    After reviewing the guide, enter the name of your preferred font in the Choose Your Font field on the product page.


    If you do not select a font, the Luka Lights team will choose a style that complements your photo, wording and overall design.
